BRJ Builders is a veteran-owned design-build company serving Western Massachusetts and Southern Vermont. We guide residential remodeling, additions, custom homes, and complex renovation work from the first conversation through design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
Whether we are reworking one room or coordinating a major whole-home project, our approach is the same: define the scope, align design with budget, identify constraints early, communicate directly, and build with discipline. If a project has stalled or gone wrong under another contractor, we can also assess the existing conditions and develop a realistic path to completion.
Got a renovation that went sideways with a previous contractor? Taking over and fixing problem projects is one of our true specialties. We step in, sort out the mess, and get your home back on track.

Kitchen, Bath and Laundry Room Renovation
This Northfield renovation reworked the main-floor layout to improve everyday function while preserving the character of the original home. The kitchen was relocated to create a brighter, more efficient work area, and the laundry was brought to the main floor for easier day-to-day use.
