This Gill project was more than a kitchen replacement. Reworking the first-floor layout and relocating the kitchen changed how the entire main level functions.

By moving the kitchen out of the middle of the floor plan, the project removed circulation bottlenecks and created a more open connection between cooking, dining, and living areas. The result is a first floor that feels larger because the space is organized more effectively—not because the house itself became larger.
